- Motto of the House of the Iron Blossom: "Sown and Forged"
In the spirit of its Vale-renowned cleverness, the iron blossom dragon is the answer to a popular riddle told to young Valekins:
What grows but has no seed,
Can forge fire guaranteed,
Is noted for its mettle,
And has wings like flower petals? - —Nogard's description of the Iron Blossom Dragon in The Book of Dragons
The Iron Blossom Dragon is a rare hybrid dragon of the Plant and Metal elements. It's main element is Plant.
Appearance[]
The School of the Iron Blossom wanted to see what would happen if they crossbred an Iron Dragon with a Flower Dragon. The result was a green dragon with petal-like wings and the iron dragon's metal horn and skull structure. The school decided to use this new dragon as their mascot.
